BRAND IDENTITY

Rooted In Nature

The logo has a two-fold meaning. Composed of three abstract shapes that symbolize tree leaves, when placed together they become the initial of Fulton Greene, an “F”. The symbol is found in all places where it is needed, functioning almost like a seal of the building, working greatly across all sizes, digitally or not.

Colors that Go Against the Norm

For the color palette, we pulled from the area’s industrial past—muted, worn-in, shaped by use. A mix of warm reds & cool grays bridges the location’s history with the building’s architecture, creating something fresh yet deeply rooted.

Strong Typography

For type, we used Stolzl, a geometric typeface that embraces clean, precise lines, even proportions & structure. Warm yet high-end, the typeface works great in Out Of Home applications & in the website as well, in both display and text applications.

Floorplans that renters love

Drawing inspiration from Fulton Greene’s website, we designed exclusive, custom-built floorplans for real estate agents to give to the people that visit the property. The floorplans are an important brand touchpoint, where potential renters can interact with the brand & create a memorable & lasting impression.

Fort Greene at the Spotlight.

Inspired by the rich character of Fort Greene, one of Brooklyn’s most iconic neighborhoods, the website is designed to reflect the place itself, expressing the area’s lush greenery & vibrancy. Our goal was to capture what it feels like to live in Fort Greene — a place full of community, great energy & unique charm.

Scrolling animations and smooth transitions guide users through a narrative-led digital journey. Rather than just a simple presentation of information, the website guides the visitor to learn all about the property and its neighborhood, discover hidden details & get a genuine sense of place in just a few moments.
