BRAND IDENTITY

The Power of Naming

Everything begins with the name. The word Tower captures the grand scale of the building—25 floors and 500 residences—while Hillside evokes positivity and a sense of calm, hinting at a relaxing atmosphere that's rarely found in the city.

The Symbol as a North Star

The brand identity centers around the logo which is designed to resemble a traditional seal. It features the initials of Hillside Tower, H & T. The base of the logo curves subtly to evoke the shape of a hill, adding a touch of flow and energy to this timeless & classic logo treatment.

The symbol is prominently featured in various applications, such as gold-leaf printing on the cover of the residents’ guide and as a 3D asset for the opening party poster, meant to bring together neighborhood residents and building stakeholders to celebrate the launch of Hillside.

It’s All In the Hues

The color palette is muted yet vibrant, composed of shades of gray, blue, and gold. These colors often appear in metallic hues, introducing an extra dimension of texture and richness to the overall aesthetic.

From the Facade to the Interface

Drawing direct inspiration from the building’s bold, geometric form—its square shape, sharp corners, and interlocking volumes—the website reflects the building’s exterior, capturing its exterior architecture in the digital realm. The use of basic geometric shapes and clean, straight lines brings out a strong, grounded feel, reflecting the building's raw, industrial nature.

The Availability page is crafted with the end user in mind, allowing for easy exploration of unit floorplans and effortless tour booking from various points on the site, streamlining the booking process from start to finish.

Interactive Design Infuses the Neighborhood with Life

When moving into a new apartment, understanding the neighborhood is essential. The page showcases everything the area offers, from vibrant bars to scenic parks, divided into two sections: one highlighting the cultural and essential aspects, and another featuring an interactive map for exploring nearby attractions in greater detail.

This dual approach provides users with a comprehensive overview of the neighborhood’s top spots, along with the ability to delve deeper into what makes the area unique.
