Situated just steps from historic Fort Greene, The Elliot is a residential property at 151 South Elliott Place. Our team developed the full brand identity, including naming as well as its website, creating a cohesive design system that reflects the building’s overall design and connection to its neighborhood.

BRAND IDENTITY

Type as Identity

The identity for The Elliot is rooted in type. A custom typographic treatment forms the foundation of the brand, which expands into a full wordmark & a symbol. We subtly adjusted the proportion & overall design of each letter to make it more distinctive, creating a mark that feels simple & enduring in its simplicity.

Anchored in Green, Lifted by Pink

From signage and environmental graphics to merchandise and digital applications, every brand interaction is tied together by a unified color system. Deep greens anchor the experience, while a soft pink gradient adds warmth and a distinctive touch to the brand.

The Local Guide

We built a dedicated page that showcases the neighborhood, from local restaurants and cafés to parks and landmarks, giving a clear picture of what life around the building feels like. Users can explore through an interactive map or a card-based layout, switching between views depending on how they like to browse.

The availability page lets users browse and filter apartments based on their needs. Each unit is presented as a card with images, floor plans, and key details, making it easy to compare options and move forward. Whether someone is booking a tour for a specific unit or simply exploring, the experience stays fast, intuitive, and seamless across all devices.

Gentle Guidance, Clear Direction

We wanted to silently guide users from exploring apartments to booking a tour. Interactive components appear at the right moment, moving the journey forward without breaking the flow. Each one gently nudges users toward booking a tour at The Elliot in a calm, considerate way.
